What does the name “Dophari” mean?
Dophari is a Hindi word that means afternoon.
The word “Dophari” carries a poetic and nostalgic essence, often evoking images of bright, sunlit afternoons filled with warmth and energy. It symbolizes a time of vibrance, comfort, and inspiration, making it a perfect fit for a brand that embraces cozy, thoughtful designs.
When did Dophari start?
Dophari started officially in the spring of 2024.
Where are you located? Can I buy a products in person?
We’re located in Rohini, Delhi. We don't generally offer in-person shopping.

What kind of bulb can I use in my lamp?
You can replace the warm white bulbs we include with many LED bulbs.
How do I assemble my lamp?
No assembly needed – our lamps come fully built and ready to light up your space straight out of the box.
I need a replacement shade/base
Email us at rishabh@dophari.com and we'll help you out! All of our Lamp Collection products go together - that means you can pair a tall, standard, or distorted shade with any color base as well as a pendant fixture.
If your lamp arrived broken, that’s on us! Reach out with your order number and we’ll help you out.
Shipping and Returns
What are your delivery times?
Our lead time for each order is approximately 3-4 Days. Why? Because every lamp is made to order in our Delhi studio! This approach helps us minimize waste, gauge demand, and create small, limited-edition runs—ensuring we only produce what’s needed. It also allows us to introduce more designs and make improvements quickly.
What is your return policy?
We provide full refund for the criteria below
- The products you received do not match your order.
- Received defective products.
- Products damaged during transit.
- Shipment lost during transit.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method.
