Shipping & Delivery Information
At Dophari, every product is made and finished with care, intention, and attention to detail. Each piece is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to meet our quality standards because we believe your home deserves thoughtfully crafted objects.
Due to the nature of our small-batch production and limited inventory, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We understand this may differ from standard e-commerce policies, but this approach allows us to maintain fairness, quality control, and responsible production.
Refunds or Exchanges Are Accepted ONLY In the Following Cases:
- Product received is physically damaged
- Product has a manufacturing defect

Eligibility Requirements for Claims
To process a claim, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must share a clear, continuous unboxing video, starting from the sealed package being opened
(This is mandatory — claims without an unboxing video cannot be processed)
- Clear photographs of the issue along with your order ID
- The product must be unused, with original packaging, tags, cards, and any complimentary items intact
Once Your Claim Is Verified, We Will Offer Either:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
- A refund to the original payment method
What We Do NOT Offer
To ensure consistency and fairness, we do not accept:
- Returns or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories, tags, or freebies
- Claims submitted without an unboxing video
- Exchanges for different designs, colors, or products unless an incorrect item was sent
Refund Timelines (For Approved Claims Only)
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect
If 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us with your order details and claim reference.
Why We Require an Unboxing Video
The unboxing video helps us clearly identify whether an issue occurred during transit or manufacturing. This ensures transparency and protects both our customers and our team from incomplete or inaccurate claims.
Final Sale Policy
All products sold on dophari.com are considered final sale, unless proven damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
While this policy is stricter than typical e-commerce standards, it helps us reduce waste, maintain fair pricing, and continue creating limited-run pieces responsibly.
